        CROUS RESTAURATION UNIVERSITAIRE ROCKEFELLER - LYON 8

   J'ai effectué mon stage dans un restaurant universitaire de médecine qui accueillait chaque midi prés de 700 étudiants et administrations. J'ai partagé mon temps de travail dans la réception jusqu'à la gestion des marchandises, la préparation des plats (froids et chauds) et le service en self. L'aprés-midi était consacré au rangement de la salle, de la cuisine et à l'entretien des locaux.

   I made my internship in a university canteen of medicine which welcomed every noon meadows of 700 students and administrations. I shared my working time in the reception until the management of the goods, the preparation of dishes (colds and warmth) and the service in self-service restaurant. Afternoon was dedicated to the arrangement of the room, the kitchen and to the maintenance of places.
